Alcohol and Drug Evaluation and Assessment:
An Alcohol and Drug Evaluation and Assessment or Investigative Report will be necessary often to meet court requirements and to understand the nature and history of your situation. TFL will make recommendations based on your individual situation and on American Society of Addictive Medicine (ASAM) criteria. When you call TFL someone will usually answer and if we don’t we will get back to you usually within a few hours. TFL schedules assessments at your convenience Monday -Saturday. You should plan on spending 1 to 2 hours with our trained, professional assessment staff for your assessment. All records are kept strictly confidential and will only be released to the people or agencies of your choice.
